Generally, the place was excellent and had amazingly nice staff on both check-in and check-out. Location: the hotel was so close to shopping centre and shopping malls or local food stands and Berjaya Times Square. Spent a nice evening at Hong la Qiao, located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue.

The room size was okay, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The location was great because it was near a shopping center and accessible by public transportation.

There were hairs on the floor, and the sheets and towels had stains on them. We also had limited parking options and had to park in the basement.
